American Cupcake LLC respects your privacy. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices at www.americancupcake.com (the "Site"). This notice applies only to information collected or submitted on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described herein. We reserve the right to change these terms and will post any changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it. Your continued use of the Site following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Information We Collect
On all pages on the Site, you can voluntarily submit your email address to join the American Cupcake mailing list. There are also various links on the Site where you can voluntarily send American Cupcake personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address and phone number when you contact us with an inquiry, request, catering order or suggestion, provide feedback on our products, participate in a marketing program, or register to receive promotional materials or party invitations. If you are interested in applying for a job at American Cupcake LLC, we may collect your resume. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from visitors to the Site who are under thirteen years of age.
How We Use This Information
We do not sell or disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties without providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such use. We may access, use or disclose your personally identifiable information to operate, maintain, service or improve the Site; analyze the Site to make it more effective; or send you informational and promotional communications or party invitations, as part of your mailing list subscription. If you have provided personally identifiable information to submit a catering order for an upcoming event, we will use that information solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order or contacting you to discuss your request.
