1. "Can I eat cupcakes instead of donuts or bagels?" Absolutely.
Cupcakes are a perfect substitute for donuts. And like bagels, cupcakes
are portable snacks that can be enjoyed at any hour.
2. "Are your cupcakes grass fed?" We
use fresh, local ingredients in all of our cakes and frostings. We bake
everything from scratch. We're not low-carb, gluten-free, nor vegan. We
hope you'll try us anyway. Our packaging is recyclable.
3. "I need cupcakes delivered to my cranky officemates. Like, now." We
offer delivery service for orders of 50 cupcakes or 75 minis.
However, we require 72 hours' advance notice. In the meantime, tell
your officemates to go sniff whiteboard pen or something.
4. "I think I want your cupcakes at MY WEDDING!!!! What do you think?" We'd
be honored to cater your wedding. We've done cupcake wedding cakes,
party favors, and centerpieces; we've left cupcakes on nightstands and
in bathtubs; we've even delivered a bucket of our frosting to a

6. "How do I contact you about my extraordinary business, press or social opportunity?" Email us or call (415) 244-7650.
7. "Who's Devin? Does he run the business AND create the recipes?" Devin Glasser, a Bay Area native and Cal grad, founded
and manages American Cupcake. She also creates the recipes,

8. "This web site is very nice. But where can I try one of your cupcakes?" The
American Cupcake bakeshop is opening soon in San Francisco. (Soon.)
